Stone Barn
Hand-built in 1744, seats up to 200 for indoor ceremonies or receptions. Ideal as a rain plan space or cocktail location.
Poplar Barn
Over 200 feet long and one of the largest barn venues in Virginia. Seats up to 225 guests and functions as the primary reception space for larger weddings.
Both barns can be used privately, and only one wedding is hosted per day to ensure full exclusivity.

Includes ceremony and reception essentials with private access to both barns and outdoor spaces.
Base price includes 150 guests (additional guests up to 175 at $50 each).
Classic Hunt Country Wedding
Starting at $12,500
Adds overnight accommodations in the Hunt Box (honeymoon suite) and Sylvanside Cottage for 8–10 guests.
Up to 225 guests allowed.
Sylvanside Weekend Farm Wedding
Starting at $20,000
Full weekend access beginning Friday at noon.

All weddings are offered March through November, with reception ending by 11:00 PM in compliance with Loudoun County ordinances.
Alcohol, Vendors & Coordination
Couples may bring their own alcohol with proper ABC licensing.
Self-serve alcohol and kegs are not permitted.
Candles are not allowed (LED alternatives provided).
Sparkler exits are replaced with LED options.
Sylvanside requires couples to hire a coordinator from their preferred list.
A venue team member is present day-of for facility support, but vendor management and wedding coordination are handled by your planner.
