WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

Thanks for trusting us to be a part of one of the biggest days of your life! We are booked and pumped to be a part of your vendor team! Rest assured, we will help make it a fantastic celebration that will be memorable and fun for you and your guests!

Here are some things you should know to make this ride even smoother:

  • How to contact us: Email is the best way to contact us. We respond very quickly to every email inquiry.

  • Availability: Planning with our team can be done via video chat or call. Due to our performance schedule, most meetings will occur on weekday evenings.

  • Emails from us: You’ll receive various emails leading up to your event. Some are reminders to complete your timeline and playlist. Others are excellent services that you may not know you need. Others offer tips and helpful info. We like to stay in touch!

    You will also get an email from us AFTER the celebration, and we love reviews (hint, hint).

  • Sample timeline: Your planning app has a sample timeline. Every wedding is different, and we will do whatever you’d like. This is what we’ve found to work best.

  • Tips: After looking at the sample timeline, read these 12 quick tips. You’ll thank us later.

  • Meals: You are not required to feed the DJ. If you do, we will do it quickly, and the music will never break. We won’t starve.

  • Arrival & Set-Up: We typically arrive at the venue 1.5 to 2 hours before our scheduled performance time.

  • Gratuities: Tipping is totally up to you! We typically see 10% - 20% tips if the DJ is excellent.

  • The Music: This is the most important thing to us; we are DJs. If necessary, take some time to work on your online playlist planner or paste a link to your favorite Spotify playlist.

PLANNING TIMELINE

We want to be your celebration's most fun and least stressful part. Here is what you can expect in the weeks and months to come:

  • Planning app link: You can select the activities you want to include and the songs you want to be played, and you can do so much more!

    Click the trash can icon to delete selections you don’t want to be included.

    Add sections and songs as needed.

    Make notes regarding sections and even individual songs. This is great if you’d like us to fade out at a specific point or if a shout-out is needed.

  • 60 Days before the event: You and your DJ Entertainer will receive an email to collaborate on the event details. We will begin the photo strip design if we provide photo booth services.

  • 30 Days before the event: Reminders will be sent to complete your planning and to schedule a Zoom Meeting or phone call with your DJ to review your plans. Photo Strip design completed if applicable.

  • 21 - 14 Days before the event: A planning meeting with your DJ to review your playlist and timeline and finalize event details.

  • 14 Days before the event: Final balance due.

  • Event Day: Arrival 1.5 - 2 hours before the start of the event. We connect and share our reviewed timeline with the photographer, videographer, catering team, and other event partners.
