Many of these folks are passionate about their craft and will not sacrifice quality or portion size in order to satisfy the profit demands of the franchise owner. Mission BBQ is pretty good but trust me, you can do much better in terms of quality and likely cost if you know whom to ask. 

Choose A Venue That Allows You To B.Y.O.B.

Find a venue that allows you to bring your own alcohol. Not paying retail per-drink prices will save you a huge amount of money!

Simply shop for venues that allow you to provide the alcohol, hire a certified server or two, and you are on your way! Or make a Sam's trip and simply serve your favorite wine & beer.

If you want to really elevate the experience, create a signature wedding drink or three!

Personalize Rather Than Renting

Make your wedding reception your own by adding a touch of your personality! Whether it's through wedding favors, origami napkin folds, or a choreographed dance there are a multitude of ways to create your vibe that cost little or no money at all.
